Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment against the following posts in the Department of Computer Systems Engineering (BS Artificial Intelligence) on contract basis. The requisite qualifications and experience are given below:

  • Relevant teaching and research experience in University is preferable.
  • PEC registration in relevant field is mandatory.
2 Lecturer (BPS-18) 2
  • Master's Degree (18 years of education) in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/ Institution.
  • Relevant Teaching / Research experience in a University is preferable.
  • PEC registration in relevant field is mandatory.
3 Lab Engineer (BPS-17) 2
  • Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/ Institution.
  • PEC registration in relevant field is mandatory.
4 Lab Technician (BPS-16) 2
  • Post-Matric 3-Years Diploma in the relevant field plus 7-years' post qualification experience

    • OR

  • BS/B.Sc./B-Tech (16 Years of Education) in the relevant field from HEC recognized University /Degree Awarding Institution plus 3-years' post qualification experience in the relevant field

    • OR

  • BS/B.Sc./B-Tech with first division (16 Years of Education) in the relevant field from HEC recognized University /Degree Awarding Institution.
5 Lab Attendant (BPS-05) 2
  • Matric in Science with at least second division.
  • Relevant experience in University Labs is preferable.

Note:

  1. Eligible candidates are required to download the application form available on the University Official Website (https://www.ueas.edu.pk) and to submit their application forms along-with attested copies of educational testimonials (i.e Degrees / Certificates, Transcript / DMCs) & experience certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, and registration card of PEC on or before 11th August, 2024 to the office of Registrar, University of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Plot No: 20.5 Sector D, Kanju Township, Swat.
  2. The applicants having foreign qualification are required to submit equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad.
  3. Only those qualification, experience & publication(s) etc will be considered, if documentary proof is attached upto the last date of advertisement.
  4. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel. They must submit No Objection Certificate from their concerned departments / organizations along with their application.
  5. Age relaxation will be considered in light of government rules/university statutes on case to case basis.
  6. Only short listed candidates, who meet the criteria, will be called for tests/interview.
  7. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
  8. The candidates applying for more than one post are required to submit separate application for each post.
  9. In-case, any educational document or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect / fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.
  10. Incomplete application forms and those received after the due date, shall be rejected without intimation to the applicant.
  11. All appointment will be made on the basis of merit and territorial jurisdiction defined by KP Govt.
  12. The University reserves the right to decrease the number of posts.
  13. The University reserves the right to cancel or not to fill any of the advertised post without assigning any reason. Errors, if any, are liable to rectification by the University.
